Susan Schoettle is an attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience in land use and local government law. She served for ten years as an Assistant County Attorney for Sarasota County.
Susan is President of Keep the Country, Inc., represents the Sarasota Audubon Society to protect the Celery Fields, is a founding member of the Sarasota Citizen Action Network (SCAN) and serves on the Board of the Sarasota County Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA).
Her message: Residents must clearly and often communicate their concerns and needs to elected officials. Otherwise, developers are the only voice at the table.
